These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the REVV Wheel Repair website (www.revvwheels.com) and our mobile wheel repair services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

REVV Wheel Repair provides mobile cosmetic wheel and rim repair services including curb rash repair, scuff repair, color matching, and clear coat application. We service the Seattle, Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup, WA area.

We repair cosmetic damage only. We do not repair bent, cracked, or structurally damaged wheels. If we determine your wheel requires structural repair, we will advise you before beginning work.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by text. By booking, you agree to be available at the scheduled time and location. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance.

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are for standard curb rash and scuff repair. Custom work, color changes, and extensive damage may be quoted separately. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from REVV Wheel Repair including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment or affect your ability to use our services.

We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

REVV Wheel Repair provides cosmetic repair services only. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, mechanical issues, or damage that occurs after our service is completed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
